Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve came to this shop many times over the years but this last year Nails so happy has seriously lost all credibility in my eyes. They’re charging double what any other mall parlor charges and there’s no sculpting, no ability to paint, and definitely not capable of any kind of designs. I’ve came to this shop many times over the years but this last year Nails so happy has seriously lost all credibility in my eyes. They’re charging double what any other mall parlor charges and there’s no sculpting, no ability to paint, and definitely not capable of any kind of designs. I’ve spent over $200 in two weeks with these people and now I’m about to have to deal with the awkwardness of confronting these people about how unhappy my nails truly are!!

The worst Mani Pedi I’ve ever had!!!! I had the laziest person, checking her phone more than doing my nails. I asked for a deluxe barley got a basic, rather expensive hardly what anyone could call a basic. When I asked her to fix one she less than a half a**ed job. She left me after putting the clear coat with my hands in front of a little fan. Went and sat down in one of the pedicure chairs never came back to add the cuticle oil or even to tell me I was done. I recommend anyone wanting to spend their money wisely steer clear of this place! Worst than a waste of money cause now I have to fix what she did/didn’t do. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE DON’T GO!!!!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

So unprofessional, we left because of disrespect and bad mouthing me to my daughter. The quality of work left a lot to be desired. And my daughter 14 yrs had multiple scratches and was bleeding . And when she came to me mid way , to show me she was bleeding , the nail tech got attitude and said “ you can inspect it all day or you can come over here and let me finish painting so you can get out” . We left!! I didn’t even finish my service!! needless to say we will not be going back . Nor would I recommend them to anyone .

The pedicure was great. I sat with my friends talking while we were letting our nails dry for about 15 min and the lady came over to us and told us “you’ve been here for a while now” basically telling us to leave. Poor customer service, no one was even waiting. We will not be coming back.

Sloppy job. She was really rushed, Which was weird since there wasn’t really anybody else there. She didn’t cover my whole nail, which is a pet peeve of mine, she got polish around my nails, she didn’t really do any shaping, and I tried to order a pedicure that was a higher level than the one that I actually got. I mean they didn’t charge me for the more expensive one, but they also didn’t do any of the stuff. I’m going home to remove this nail polish, and I will not be returning.

They are TERRIBLE and expensive. No one in there has any talent for nail work . California nail on 63rd Parallel is your best bet. Was there for 4hrs having them keep trying to fix my nails this is what I walked out with ♀️ Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Gel manicures

Absolutely ruined my nails and my friends pedicure. Overcharged for ($80) for an extremely childish / unprofessional and painful process and results. Requested all of it to be taken off and removed, yet they refused. Attempted to “fix” the terrible attempt to a gel pedicure, they just added layer ontop of layer instead of removing it, and completing it the correct way. I wish they would’ve just took it all off and refunded us instead. I’m so upset and honestly traumatized by this horrible experience. Hopefully my nails will heal soon. WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
