I have visited this location several times over the years and the manicures and pedicures have always been mediocre/rushed, but this time I went because I had a gift card. The nail tech rushed through, barely cutting my cuticles or massaging and she was done within 20 minutes. I wasn’t even out of her chair before she started spraying it down! There were only 3 spots available at the drying counter, so I waited to only find out they wasn’t even blowing out air. Not only that but the front desk girl named June was so incredibly rude to customers while I was there and I was shocked at the way she was speaking to them. She was downright awful and unprofessional. You can tell that even the nail techs are scared of her. There are plenty of great nail salons in the area, don’t waste your money here.

pedicures and manicures great. i never get my face waxed but my 20 yr old daughter decided she wanted her eyebrows waxed. she went in and never expressed what she expected and the person doing the service never asked. so they were waxed awkwardly short and left very thick. when i was done i came to the car to find her crying. i think the service people who do waxing should ask clients how they want their eyebrows shaped.

Super clean, attentive staff and lots of seating. I have been getting my nails done at their four locations for years and years. Every gel and regular nail polish color you can imagine. The loyalty card gets you free services and great coupons. Services cost a bit more than some other places but they are committed to cleanliness. You get what you pay for.

I barely get pedicures and manicures but after being in the field for three weeks for military training, I decided to treat myself. The old white receptionist at the front was incredibly rude and had an awful attitude. I booked an appointment and when I got there, they told me they wanted $115 for a gel manicure (solid color) with short tips and I said I’ll just take the pedicure. The pedicure was below average as it seemed like she was rushing to get me out of the door. I really just wanted a relaxing time and to take care of my very tired feet and it was anything but relaxing. I will never go there ever again.
