Nails Unlimited II’s Rebecca is phenomenal! She always asks if I want to change anything that I normally get. Today I wanted to change my nail color and she spent 10 minutes finding 3 possible colors for me. Her work is always perfect. The price is great and I love their embrace of IT – I get a text message when I make my next appointment and a reminder text the day before my appointment! All the employees are very friendly, too!

Absolutely love my nails, I’ve tried a lot of salons on Staten Island and they’re horrible. So I went to Nj with my mom since she comes out to see my aunt who lives here. They do their nails and get lunch so I tagged along before vacation. My nails have never looked better and my moms nails always last a month. But the service was amazing, shops comfortable, and my nails look amazing!

Other than the workers being kind I’ve never had a great experience here. Constantly making me wait 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment. Shape and color is always off, which I’d be fine with if the prices weren’t so high. Given this place so many chances, I won’t be returning.

I’ve been a loyal customer for the last couple months after moving to the area and the unprofessionalism was at an all time high this morning. I previously scheduled a gel mani/pedi but had a family emergency last minute so I could only get the manicure. Sammy proceeded to yell at me demanding I get a pedicure because it was the holiday season and that blocked time could’ve went to someone else. I’ve never had a negative experience at the salon other than her rushing my previous manicures but I let it go knowing the volume of customers they see on a daily business plus being short staffed. I will absolutely never go back.

Very nice people really bad skills, save your money. By far the worst nails I have very had. I was very sad cause they tried their best & it still came out awful. Its a very basic set I asked for yet it came out terrible.
