They are very friendly, great price and LOVE my American manicure. First time in he gave me options and prices without me asking or work done. I greatly appreciated that. Very happy with the way they have done my nails. Been twice and love both times! I just moved here and was worried about finding a place close. This will now be the only place I go to. The picture is of a fill in. Can’t even notice old vs full in.

If I could leave zero I would got my nails done with “gel” and the next day it was peeling the next day another peeled off I called them he tells me we don’t make the paint I haven’t even had them done 4 days and 5 nails lost the polish he said once you leave oh well no guarantee I mean really so you want to be ignorant instead of just fixing the 5 nails will never go back

The owner of this shop is so condescending. Doesn’t listen to the customer. Talked about me to another customer in front of my face and said I did not know what I was talking about! All I wanted was my old gel polish removed (which was very lumpy due to thick glitter layer), a fill-in and new polish applied. I was going to be charged extra so that he could “even out my nail surface”. There was nothing wrong with the surface of my nail. The lumps were in the polish only. He just would not listen to me.. So I left and I will NEVER go there again or recommend them to any one ever.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had my nails painted with gel polish, just a clear coat and they are now peeling off after 3 days. I called to see if they would be willing to fix it and he said no, because they “wouldn’t be making any money that way since they charge $5.00 to soak the gel polish off.” After I said that wasn’t my problem they didn’t do it right the first time, he informed me it was my problem and they wouldn’t fix it.Just another bad review for this nail salon. I had my nails painted with gel polish, just a clear coat and they are now peeling off after 3 days. I called to see if they would be willing to fix it and he said no, because they “wouldn’t be making any money that way since they charge $5.00 to soak the gel polish off.” After I said that wasn’t my problem they didn’t do it right the first time, he informed me it was my problem and they wouldn’t fix it.

This place mess up my nails a little and I told them if they could fix it, but they said no. They act like it’s gonna take a long time to fix it, but whatever I’m not coming back. Even my cousin told me they are rude and impatient.

I went and got a fill from here. I would not go back. Seemed as though the lady was still learning which I am fine with except she didn’t tell me that to start with. My acrylic was lumpy, the arches where uneven and nonexistent on some nails. She shaped them all differently. I asked for a simple square (the same as they where before). Some where round, some kinda coffin and others uneven squares. The gel polish she used she put different amounts of coats on leaving some translucent and others not. Too boot she charged me to shorten them which seems insane, build that into your cost. Within a week I had lifting on several nails. Definitely save your money and spend it somewhere else.

Always a great experience at Nails Galore. The owner and his wife are so kind and do such a great job – very proud of their profession. Have been to many salons over the years but feel get the most professional service and welcoming atmosphere at Nails Galore.
