I will never use this salon again. As someone who never leaves a bad review this is very warranted. From the moment the technician began to remove my previous SNS I knew she had no idea what she was doing. She left half the old SNS on my nails and when I brought it to her attention she acted as if that was how it should be. She never buffed or filed them down right against my better judgement I let her finish trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. Well it has not even been a week and my nails are already chipping and cracking. Now I have to spend extra time and money to get them fixed . I would never recommend this place.

I got my nails done by Ms. Nguyen a few weeks ago for a family gathering! It was a simple manipedi with black nail polish! The place was very calm and relaxing, and the experience overall was just as positive. If I could give this salon a (-) 0, TRUST me, I certainly would! My daughter and I were in for a polish change (hands/feet). We both had appointments. My daughter’s services were completed; although by a very RUDE male tech., I decided to ignore him and chalked it up thinking “hmm, maybe he’s having a bad day”(everyone’s entitled to a bad day right, WRONG) (mistake #1) … and certainly not when I’m patronizing your business – get RID of your stinking attitude!! Nevertheless, I didn’t say anything and moved on with my own nail appointment! Well, as a female tech. was beginning to polish my nails, I informed her of applying the wrong color and to give me a sec. and I would show her the correct color a prev. tech. (who’s currently out) uses when doing my [French Mani]. As I was searching for the correct color, Tori (the OWNER) walks by and says to me “you need to hurry up b/c she (the nail tech.) has another appointment” ! I’m sorry, did I mention that I had an APPOINTMENT as well …. WT. I was highly insulted at by Tori’s RUDE and ridiculously OBNOXIOUS behavior!! Each time I’ve been to this salon and the owner’s husband wasn’t out, attitudes are TERRIBLE! I will NEVER EVER patronize this salon again! Since my money is no good there, I’m sure another salon can and will appreciate me and my daughter a bit more.
