Honesty they have some bad service, I went there today with my daughter to get her nails done I made a whole appointment for the both of us only for them to say I never booked which is not true at all and argued with me about it, they still only took my daughter in though but her nails came out horrible, they also hurt her in the process making her bleed a bit my daughter ended up taking out two of the nails saying it was hurting her. Even if you do make an appointment they still have you wait even if you set the time your gonna be there. My other daughters best friend went there as well and she said she didn’t like the nails and that they came out bad. I’ve seen some people comment how their experience was good but mine personally was bad.

My mom Becky has been going here since I was a little kid, as I got older I started coming here on and off too . So for about the past 15+ years. There good at nails and I’ve always enjoyed coming here . I think maybe once I didn’t like the job and that’s because Donna didn’t do them herself. Donna has always done my nails amazingly . We have always had good conversation, and she has always been good to us while being there. Defiantly would recommend, and will be returning always myself.

I walked in for a shellac manicure and was taken care of right away. My technician was wonderful. I spent less time than I expected there but did not feel like my manicure was rushed at all. My technician is very good at her job! I would recomend this salon to anyone who needs a manicure.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get a pedicure. I sat in cold water for 15 minutes. I wasn’t told to pick out a color ahead of time. I assumed they had swatches that I could pick from, not the case, I had to get out of the water to go choose a color. The massage was primarily focused on my shin, not my calf or foot, it actually hurt. The Manny was not much better. My nails look like I painted them myself, there is still nail polish on my skin, and my cuticles are still ragged. I was told to leave a tip, not asked. So now I am leaving my opinion as well. I went to this nail salon and soon as I walked in I got stared at by all the workers and all the customers for about 5 seconds it was silent. I tried to say hello after the awkward staring and they literally said nothing and just continued to stare at me. But when another customer walked in they greeted her with joy and courage. It was so disrespectful and I will never be coming back to this establishment. I’ve went here before and they started speaking Vietnamese and talking about someone’s feet.
