Love this salon. It’s my 2nd time here today and I just love the professionalism, courteous and friendly demeanor all of the ladies here have. No one beats their prices. I used to go to Foxy and then Heart Nails but got disappointed with both. This is definitely the best place around 14th Ave.

I went to this place for about a year straight. Didn’t get my nails done anywhere else. First I had Maria. Who makes the nails last but does a horrible painting job. Then there was Lily who is actually a pretty good nail technician. But go figure that the owner is the worst person to ever deal with. She used to tell me that Lily was there just go get me in the door. The last time I went there I made an appointment. When I get there Lily is doing someone else’s nails and she doesn’t even have polish on. I tell them I can’t stay because that’s gonna be at least 20 minutes and they say to stay and do the soaking. I agree.. but when they were gonna do the soaking. Get this. This is what the Owner does… she grabs a coffee mugsl and POURS nail polish remover in it halfway and expects me to put my hand in there. No filling. No little cotton balls with aluminium. Nothing. I couldn’t stay. I can’t believe that after so long of me going there they would treat me this way. The Only reason these people are in business is because these have prime real estate location in the heart of Whitestone otherwise they wouldn’t have lasted a day. Go elsewhere.. please save yourself the trouble. They have no idea what they’re doing
