First & foremost the older gentleman who did my pedicure did an amazing job with the massage. Very relaxing ! This was my first time here and they stay open late to 10pm , & Sundays they close 8pm. My nails they did a good job on, they do cut a little far up on the cuticle. But I did not experience any bleeding and they are not sore. It’s been almost 6wks since I last had my natural nails done and I had a lot of nail growth. I also got a cut down, will post pics below. I usually get dip powder over my natural nail. I came in and got a fill in & gel polish on my toe nails. I give them 4 star rating for my experience. I was their last customer last night, I’ve gentleman gave me his business card, which I have seemingly lost. If Owner see this review please respond below, name please nail techs. Thank you!

I have been coming to this salon for over twenty years. The owners and staff feel like family. I was actually there twice when I had a medical incident and they took care of me as if I was theirs because I am. They are respectful , loyal and honest. For 15 years out of the 20 I lived out of state but always came back to them at least every other month because I just could not find quality service where I was. For me it’s about them remembering how I like my nails and toes so I can truly relax and enjoy my experience instead of watching over their every move. The hospitality is above what they are required to give clients and I appreciate it more than they know. When Covid hit and I moved back this was one of the few places my doctors allowed me to go because they were doing all the necessary protocols to ensure they and the clients stayed safe. I’m proud to say I support them however I can because good business with great people and impeccable service is hard to come by these days .

Today is Monday. How long ago would you guess I got dips done? To me it looks like 2 weeks, but I only went last Thursday! Even the moment I left the salon it looked like I needed a fill. I kept thinking the tech would add another layer but once we started filing and buffing I was too shocked to complain plus i didn’t have the time to start over. My cuticles weren’t even pushed back either. I really can’t believe how unprofessional.

My initial experience was fantastic however i left with my dip set manicure at 5pm Wednesday. By the next day, Thursday morning around 10 am, not even a full 24hours, my middle fingernail broke off just turning the heat dial in my car. I called them that day at noon and the guy told me to “come in yes come in whenever” i told him it would be later like 8:30/9 cus i didnt Have time to be coming in to get my nails fixed that i just Got done on my only off day. They close at 10pm m-f, i drove From west Dallas Knox right after i got Off work, got there at 9:08 pm and the door was locked and the owner was behind the counter telling me no they’re closed. I just Needed one finger fixed and i called Ahead just for them to close an hour early. I payed 125$ for my feet and nails and gave both workers a 35$, tip. All for it to be an entire waste of time and money. I already Read other reviews so i know If i try To get them fixed today they’ll act like they don’t know me and charge me, or or they’ll close 3 hours early maybe. You just don’t do customer service this way. The work speaks for itself. Didn’t even last 24hrs

They didn’t offer us anything to drink they didn’t offer us the option to different pedicure option I worked with a short gray haired man with glasses DO NOT get him he is rude and doesn’t know how to do nails he literally didn’t even know how to do my nails got frustrated because he didn’t want to take my suggestions on how to do MY nails! And just dropped the job and went to another client and left talking all mad to his co workers. No one ever came to check up to do my nails I had to wait another hour.. Very bad service !!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I asked for a light grey dip with chrome on top. The lady brought me a bright blue dip and acted like I was crazy for saying it was the wrong color. I agreed to do a light blue because the grey was no where to be found. As she was finishing up my nails, I asked her if she could still do the chrome and she told me I never asked for chrome. Instead of rubbing the chrome on, she used a cheap plastic eyeshadow brush and scraped my nails with the chrome powder. I left with bleeding cuticles. Not even a week later and the chrome had completely come off (I typically can make it last up to a month). I went back to see if I could get the chrome top redone, acknowledging my shredded cuticles and the fact that the dip was already cracking and was told I was going to have to pay to get them redone. Every person I encountered was rude. The person who said money hungry was spot on. Worst nail experience in Dallas.

I have been going here for quite some time. Initially things were pleasant but lately the quality of service, customer service and keeping to appointments has been horrible. You make an appointment and then the employee doesn’t show up but you don’t find out until you arrive. Both owners are extremely rude. I finally went back and read all of the reviews and it confirmed everything. Please do not waste your hard earned money with a business who does not value you. I brought it to the owners attention and he seemed very unbothered. If you must visit ask for Demi. She is the only employee that keeps to her appointments.
