The business was clean and professional. I am happy they accepted my daughter for a same-day appointment. This was her first time getting a full-set with a design. I came here for my wedding nails and I was SO HAPPY with how they turned out!!! I had so many compliments on them. They were clean inside, everyone was super friendly, and everyone getting their nails done seemed just as happy as I was when I left. Definitely going back again.

Sanitized and individually wrapped tools and all the ladies take good care of you. Alma took care of me and she was amazing!! It doesn’t hurt that they are only 7 minutes from home. I will definitely be back!! I read Tropix Nails reviews and after passing up many nail shops based on their 4.5-5 star rating I recently made and first time appointment. My services were a 10 day no chip and pedicure. The thin younger woman was my technician. My nails looked horribly; she cut my cuticles back to far (my skin on all nails are pilling), the nail filing should have been round but we’re so uneven I had to shape them myself, the polish was applied sloppy (nail polish not applied to my entire nail), and the polish was left on my skin. I show my nails to the guy with black glasses and instead of him re-doing the bad no chip; he just applied more polish. The nails do not look professional because the polish was applied too thick. My pedicure was not much better. The guy did a blunt cut on my toenails and no shaping. This place uses cheap polish because the next day the polish started lifting off. THIS IS THE WORST MANI PEDI I HAVE EVER HAD! IT WAS A WASTED $75. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP! DON’T BELIEVE THE 5 STAR RATING IT IS A LIE, so many nail shops choose a different business. Oh, when I complained to the young woman she became rude and I received a poor nail job. I give this place 0 star rating. ☹️

The proprietor of this salon and the employees are all very friendly and respectful. I appreciated the service that I received there; however, the dip nail application did not look good after one week. I had the service twice, and each time the nail enamel cracked and looked tacky. The first application, the polish actually chipped. I think the prices are fair, but I need my nails to last at least two weeks when I get no chip or dip manicure.
