I dont like being mean but since i did my eyebrows and eyebrows shape the face i feel i gotta warn people. long story short i left with eye brow wax on my hair and my eyebrows burning with pain. This morning (the day after) i woke up to my eyebrow looking like this. Save yourselves Waxing

This place is literally awful. My nails were so bumpy the first time I went for a full set and then I called back to tell my artist and she was extremely unprofessional about the situation. After fighting with me she continued to tell me finally she’s willing to fix her mistake. Then I went in for a removal and they had the nerve to tell me it was $20 for just a removal and no clean up… Super over rated and over priced boca tourist trap. Do not waste your money here.

Great experience V was an awesome technician, my mani and pedi were done quick and beautifully. I just thought it was very pricey and they charged me extra because they had to file my nail with a shape ( that was already there) every place else that’s what a manicure consist of, cleaning and shaping the nail!

Annie, was wonderful. The owner answering the phone is not!!!! The man has an anger problem. I am shocked at the way he communicates and speaks to customers. I will never visit their business again. I feel sorry for his employees. I look at the other reviews and this seems to be a constant problem that that don’t care to address! I will recommend that you find a salon that appreciates their customers ,and treats them with respect !

The owner should not be answering the phone. To say he has an anger problem is an understatement. There are reviews that go back 5 years referring how badly he treats his customers. Extremely fast to where it feels rushed, didn’t get to relax, I only tipped because end result wasn’t terrible, but I asked multiple times for the curve to be removed, wasn’t done, I asked for my nails to be taken in because they were too wide, wasn’t done, my toe polish was NOT completely removed before painting, my toes were not buffed before polishing, cuticles were not cut, polish was not cleaned around the edges. my WHOLE pedicure was 10 minutes & personally wasn’t worth the $30.

Friendly staff. Easy to make an appointment & everyone does an incredible job there. I have been to multiple different employees & they all always do an awesome job. My nails always look great and last a long time. Definitely recommend this spot. Been coming for years..& a plus it’s super cute and clean inside.
