I love this nail place, I have about a year going here and I love it, every single nail tech does a great job and material use are high quality I can last up to 4 weeks without getting a re-fill on my nails. Great for pedicures too their massage chairs are always in working order, and they sanitize everything before getting started with you. Highly recommend!!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment for 6:30 PM, my nail tech was busy when I walked in so I sat down for a pedicure, I was waiting for an hour with my feet soaking in cold water, by the time I was done with my toes my nail tech had taken another customer despite the fact that I had an appointment and the time was now 8:30. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted she asked me various questions and I responded with “exactly like the picture“. She completely disregarded my response and gave me a plain color and did not include the design I asked for. I then asked her if she could at least put two diamonds on the pointer fingers. This was a simple task she could not complete. She put one diamond on each pointer finger. I am completely disappointed as well as disgusted with this customer service. I never write reviews but I think people need to be informed before they take their time out to come to this establishment. I have been going to this nail salon for at least 3 years now. At first I never had a problem with my appointments. However, recently every time I go here I spend more than two hours, even with an appointment. Appointments truly get you nowhere with this establishment because regardless you will wait at least an hour to get helped. I can never go in and leave at the time I expect to leave. They have made me late countless times. I can no longer call myself one of their customers. I don’t understand what they have to do to make their process go quicker. But maybe if they simply were more realistic with themselves on how many customers they can actually handle, they could stick to the schedule. Like I said if you plan to come to this nail salon make sure you have hours to kill.

Made an appointment the day before with tommy. Made it to the appointment on time and he had someone in the chair who it looked like he just started with.So I had to wait 45 mins. Now it has been only a week since my nails were done, which was a gel fill in and the gel is already lifting. Their products are either cheap or he doesn’t know how to apply gel properly. Will definitely not be coming back to fancy nails going back to my original nail salon cutie nails in spring valley. Just wanted to try this place out because it’s closer to me but definitely not worth it.

Let’s make this very clear…. Acrylic nails are supposed to be glossy unless you use MATTE nail polish. I had king do my nails, it was my first time there as I was recommended by a friend but the atmosphere is not welcoming. No one said hello when entering except one person. The man who did my nails (KING) was very aggressive and passive and didn’t make any conversation. I asked for an acrylic set and a pedicure and it took them 35 minutes to have me be seen. Then king gets started on my nails but my nails were uneven, he didn’t file my natural nails, push back my cuticles or do any REAL preparation for acrylic application. When you apply acrylic you’re supposed to prep your real nails with cuticle oil, cutting them down if it’s long and etc… none of that was done. He slapped the fake nail and glue on top of my nail and then rushed to paint them. There is no legitimate nail dryer except small fans but he was rushing to do my nails so I couldn’t even let them dry in the little air they were getting from the tiny fans. Because I was rushed, three nails got smudged, he had an attitude when he had to fix the nails that didn’t dry properly and a day later the nails look DULL and you can tell no top coat was applied at all or properly… I am never coming here again. Very unprofessional and the man who did my nails does not know how to properly take care of your natural nails before applying acrylic. Do not come here if you wanna wait a long time, have your toe nails shaped odd and get a sloppy manicure that doesn’t dry. Go to Hawaii Nail or somewhere else. This place isn’t it.
