Critical: Quality, ValueI went in to get nails done for a wedding, had a specific design with specific color. The lady said they didn’t have the color and I was ok with that. What she failed to mention was that she didn’t know how to do the design. She did a rush job, the nail shape is uneven and messy, the nail polish was also messy and spotty (there is literally a hole when she missed with polish), the design looked nothing like the picture even thought she looked at it the whole time, and she clipped my skin when clipping my nails. She had a poor attitude and didn’t care about making my nails look good. I paid 45 dollars for a terrible set of nails. To make it worse she was laughing when she walked away from doing my nails. I went in to get nails done for a wedding, had a specific design with specific color. The lady said they didn’t have the color and I was ok with that. What she failed to mention was that she didn’t know how to do the design. Critical: Quality, ValueI’m sorry but anyone who thinks that this place does a good job, has clearly never been to a good nail salon. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with my nails. They soaked & drilled my nails SIX times to remove my dip. My nails were hurting so bad by the time that was over, I didn’t even want them to start with the color! The guy I had, got up several times to go ask a co-worker what to do and to double check him. So unprofessional! And embarrassing!! In an industry like that, you should be FULLY TRAINED before offering your service to someone!! My nails are so chunky, way too thick at the base, and I left with residue ALL over my hands from soaking them so much. He was nice, but the lady “helping him” was extremely rude. Unfortunately, him being nice doesn’t help the fact that my nails look horrible and that my experience was very.. very poor. I’m sorry but anyone who thinks that this place does a good job, has clearly never been to a good nail salon. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with my nails. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had!!! Polish is rough and chipping…ask to have them clipped, no clipping took place.. Did not take time to file them and I supposedly got the Deluxe! My feet do not feel like I’ve even had a pedi.. and the entire Salon was dirty. The absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had!!! Polish is rough and chipping…ask to have them clipped, no clipping took place.. Did not take time to file them and I supposedly got the Deluxe! My feet do not feel like I’ve even had a pedi.. and the entire Salon was dirty. Definitely was my first time there and will definitely be my last!! Total waste of my money!!! And o. Critical: QualityI went to get a fill in, a trim, & my toes painted. My nails looked good. About an hour after I left, my nail polish started forming bubbles & peeling! I had to go to work with both my fingers & toes jacked up. I won’t go back for sure!Service: Gel manicures

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWaited 45 minutes even though there was only 4 people in front of me and there were 3 technicians. When i did get called the girl noticed that i grabbed regular polish. She asked “you want regular?” I replied yes. she sharply said I DONT DO REGULAR… can someone explain to me what extra im making her do? I already feel pressured everytime i go to the nailshop to get gel bc they grab the gel samples and hand them to me as if i ask for it. Its not as if she has to hold a hand held hair dryer for the next 20 minutes. So the only reason i can think of is that its beneath her simply bc its a cheaper service. it takes no additional skill or extra time. I simply go sit under the dryer station and leave when im done. No baby sitting required. Side note. Im still waiting to get my nails done since now i have to wait for someone else. I always try and come during my hour lunch break and normally I’m in and out but don’t mistake their quickness’s for sloppiness. They always go the extra mile and make sure my nails looks their very best. Also, the massage chairs are so nice! I’m enjoying them as I type the review. 🙂 The staff and owners are all so very nice. This is by far my favorite salon in Starkville. They are professional, quick, and do an amazing job. I always try and come during my hour lunch break and normally I’m in and out but don’t mistake their quickness’s for sloppiness. They always go the extra mile and make sure my nails looks their very best. Also, the massage chairs are so nice! I’m enjoying them as I type the review. 🙂 The staff and owners are all so very nice.
