Was looking for a new nail place and this is it! Average/reasonable prices (I paid the typical $35 for French gel manicure) and I was seriously impressed. I have never had someone pay so much attention to detail on my nails. I typically get basic nails, no designs but I can imagine if the technician spent so much time and care on my French manicure how amazing they would do on more complex designs. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I have been a faithful customer of this business for over 18 years. It is under new ownership from when they first opened. I have had several unsatisfactory experiences. The nail tech (Mimi) is my preferred technician because she can do a great job when she is in the mood. When she is not or if you ask questions she will get a horrible attitude. Today I came in at 6:40p.m. to get one nail fixed because the acrylic came up from my nail. As I was walking in two of the nail techs were leaving (a man and a woman). The lady started laughing and ran back into the shop and begin to speak in their language. She then said “do you have an appointment”? I said no I just wanted to get my mail fixed. I proceeded to walk in and signed in and Mimi said I’m busy I can’t do your nail see if someone else can do it. I asked the guy he said no come back in the morning. I said I can’t I have to go out of town for a funeral that’s why I rushed to get here. He said oh well come back in the morning. I said I can’t. He said here I will glue it. I said I spent $130 here for a mani & pedi that is barely a week old and you want to glue it on? WOW!!!!

I have been looking for a good nail place and this is it! Little but perfect. Very clean. No high fume smells. Great service. Handled my in grown toes. I got the #2 and eyebrows done. Very inexpensive compared to some places I have been to. They don’t rush you out. Needless to say this is only my first time here. I will be back.

I’m from NC and am very loyal to my nail tech. I had to come down to Jacksonville for surgery and wanted to get pampered before the big day comes. I found this salon with a quick google search and the pictures were beautiful so I gave them a shot. LET ME TELL YOU. The friendliness of the staff was what immediately caught my attention. Everyone said hello with a giant smile on their faces. The care each tech took on every single client was unmatched. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my full set, they are perfect. I’m still sitting in my pedicure but it’s going soooo well. I know exactly where I’ll come every time I come to Jacksonville!

He was so friendly and so nice and he knew exactly what he was doing. I’ve been told in the past by previous nail salons that they can’t do my nails longer because I have short nails and he said the only reason that they do that is so that they don’t risk knicking your skin or something of that nature; but he didn’t mind doing my nails long and he took his time doing my nails, so they turned out perfect.
