Hurt my fingers. We were the only people in the store. And yet they felt the need to rush. They clipped the cuticle on three of my fingers and two of my toes. My nail polishes uneven locked up on the sides and bubbles in the polish itself. They couldn’t do the design I want it after waiting and being told that I could they waited until they finished my nails halfway to tell me that they couldn’t do what I wanted and I had to choose something else. My daughters were with me and they were just very impatient with me and my children and there was nobody else in the store. The man is rude the woman is nice. Best bet is to go to the mall next door

Critical: ProfessionalismATTENTION‼️ DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. If I could rate a 0 star I would. The man was VERY rude and unprofessional. He will blame you for his own mistakes. Simply asking him to add more nail polish to the side of a nail will tick him off. After asking him to do so he rushes and paints the nails very sloppy like a 3 year old. Nail polish was running on the side of my finger.Then he proceeds to file off the nail polish that needed to be on my nail. Lastly he says “you need to go to another nail salon” because he got mad about the side of the nail that needed extra polish. In addition when they get a few people to come in the shop waiting for service, they rush on your nails. They also only accept who they want to . One lady had came in and right away he yells to the lady they are closed. 30 minutes later when another person came in after her he accepted them right away. To say the least he has a very childish and nasty attitude. The service I received today was terrible. ATTENTION‼️ DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. If I could rate a 0 star I would. The man was VERY rude and unprofessional. He will blame you for his own mistakes. This place is straight bull ish okay! I’m real big on my nails n I know that I won’t get the quality I got while living in Atlanta but I still expect the same respect I went in for a fill in and toe polish change the toe polish change was rushed n looked like my 4yr old did it but I didn’t feel like complaining plus I could tolerate it but when the guy did my nails I almost freaked out they were so uneven so I asked him to file them evenly he then cut them extremely to short n had the audacity to get mad cause I pointed out how he jacked up my nails n blamed me. To add insult to injury he charged 32$ and was talking shyt in his language. The old me would have gotten real ghetto in there but I let them have that I wouldn’t recommend these folks to groom my dog nails they are aweful
