Hugh and Helen are absolutely WONDERFUL and do everything they can to be accommodating and friendly. Sometimes they get busy so setting an appointment is ideal (which is typical for a good salon)! They are attentive and consistently perform quality work, my entire family comes here and we continue to come back. I have tried nail salons all across the city and this salon never disappoints! They have tons of colors in both powder and shellac. Helen is also an amazing nail artist— she can do literally anything!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-done nail service.

Updated: I previously left a five star rating and I’m upset to have to edit this, but this is unacceptable. I called in the morning to make a set appointment for 12:45. I was then told after arriving it would be a 20 min wait. If someone makes an appointment during a lunch hour, chances are that they have a set hour for lunch given they are employed. I’m furious. Some else else set an appointment two minutes before my set time per the written schedule and they almost stuck yet another person ahead of me. I love Helen’s work and personality, but because of the lack of professionalism, I will not be back.

Took my girl here to get her nails done twice 40 $ and 60$ and with in a week they’ve broken off so easily. I guess when you don’t really know how to ask they take advantage. Or they just aint doing them right. Will be looking at better places. These nails were done last Sunday.

My nails are always nice and they can do almost every design i have asked for and will try to accommodate if they don’t have the exact colors and will bring similar ones and will swatch on a paper to see which one you’ll like My experience was great! If you want a Really Good set of nails that wont pop off or chip easily. pPus SUPER CUTE DESIGNS. Come here to Nail Port Express. Had a great experience, I got a manicure done and it came out perfect. Amazing nail spa! I absolutely loved it from the time I walked in to paying and leaving. It’s beautiful inside, looks very high end with services and nail techs to match that! A little pricy but worth it for the value.
