Super intrigued by this new nail shop next to where I live. I gave a call to book a service, nobody picked up. So I visited the shop waiting someone to greet, nobody showed up or said ‘hi. wait for a sec, someone will coordinate with you shortly’ but just chatting by themselves. Totally felt awkward, so I went to my regular as Brookline has so many options. Too bad that their management sucks to turn down new customers.
