I will never go back to this place again. I was gong here for about a year and was always so happy with my nails until about 3 weeks ago. I went in to get a fill and a pedicure. Pedicure was great! Got my fill done and was super happy with the job that was done. I went home and took a shower that night and all the gel on my nails started to bubble, lift and peel off. The next day was a Monday and they were closed so I waited until Tuesday to go in. I had a Bridal shower to go to that weekend and a corporate event to attend the next day (Wednesday) for work. When I went in and explained what had happened to the nail tech and asked her to fix it she refuses. I then explained to her that I paid for my service and I have a corporate meeting that I cannot show up to with my nails looking as bad as they did and she continued to tell me she would not be fixing my nails as she “didn’t have the time” She couldn’t take 10 minutes out of her day to fix a job that SHE did wrong. HIGHLY disappointed as this was my favorite salon in a long time but like many others they let you down eventually.

This was my first time getting acrylics done and I was pretty nervous. The super nice lady who did my nails wasn’t rough at all and didn’t get mad/rude/annoyed when I messed up the gel polish on a nail. The black almond nails are cuteand I love them! My massage chair did not work, she did attempt to turn it on for me it was only 2 women doing nails and one woman on pedicures that day, very displeased with the service I received. They didnt honor my friends gift certificate who had been going there for years spending good money ….apparently they dont know the federal and state laws and do not care thinking it does not apply to them and they are above it but one thing is for sure they have no integrity as a buisness and thats bad buisness …..They just lost good money consistently for years because they couldnt honor their own gift certificate. ….strange ….. Ppl with no integrity i stay away from so i cannot recommend this place to know one and they should learn from this and make it right but im not holding my breath ….no loyalty or integrity period.
