Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWell… this place is a disaster. They basically took the empty space, put in some very old and used fixtures, chairs etc. and are calling it a nail salon. The girl who STARTED my nails didn’t know what to do… my nails were all uneven… it was pretty bad. The owner came over and ended taking over. Honestly I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Well… this place is a disaster. They basically took the empty space, put in some very old and used fixtures, chairs etc. and are calling it a nail salon. The girl who STARTED my nails didn’t know what to do… my nails were all uneven… it was pretty bad. The owner came over and ended taking over. Honestly I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Love coming to this place even though it’s a bit of a drive because I love how good of a job the nice ladies do. Once they are done they ask you if you liked how the nails ended up, not only once but a few times just to make sure.

Horrible service !! I had to bring my daughter back 2x within 1 week of getting acrylic nails to have broken nails replaced. The nail tech said she’s breaking her nails but she hasn’t hit her nails on anything besides a loaf of bread. I didn’t know a loaf of dough could break a nail. How can you break 2 nails in 6 days unless it’s possible the nail tech who advised she is ***new*** does not apply the nail correctly. I will NEVER have my own nails done there. This shop is not eager to satisfy or retain their clients. I prefer to give positive ratings but this shop was not wanting to accept any responsibility. The customer is not always right but there are accomodations most places will make if their work is less than satisfactory within a short time frame. Thanks for No love Nail love.
