The staff is friendly and professional! Always amazing! Come here to get my nails done every time and it’s always amazing service and value. I regularly do Nail FX and the staff is very friendly. I made an appointment but arrived really early and they were very accommodating. The people that did our manicure were nice and made sure they were not hurting us.

I was in Myrtle Beach / Little River area visiting family and really needed to get my nails done. My Aunt suggested Nail FX. Jessica did my acrylic refil, reshape and gel polish. She did a fabulous job. I got so many compliments on the pink nail color and I wish I could remember the name of it now! I Highly recommend Nail FX.

I Would not recommend. I got a full set acrylic nails on 9/17/22. The first polish he used was clumpy and uneven I asked the man who was doing my nails to take the polish off (only 5 nails were done at this point) he got very angry and started saying stuff under his breath and being rough with my nails. The second nail polish color I told him I wanted was better (more even not clumpy) but the color didn’t even come out close to the color I picked out that was painted on the colored nails to chose from. He didn’t cut my cuticles, clean up behind the nails or apply the acrylic around my whole nail evenly! The end result was just messy. I was going to get a pedicure also but decided not to. Not to mention this acrylic regular polish full set costed $45. I’ve never wrote a review about an establishment before but these nails were not good at all not even for the price they’re charging. The boss lady Jess was very rude telling me there was nothing wrong with my nails and i was being difficult! This is my first and last time coming here.

I just got the extra deluxe pedicure by Ken and it was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The massage was wonderful and I was very happy to spend my money here. It has small local family owned business vibes and it smelled so good when I walked in, and I love the live plants. Everyone’s nice and everything is very clean. I will be back

$41.00 for deluxe pedicure given by a very unhappy man. Customer service is NOT his specialty, nor is giving a good pedicure! Totally rushed it- and not even sure I received everything list on their “menu”. I’ve had much better pedicures for $30.00 in Surfside Beach. I was looking to establish a nail salon closer to my home. This review is not so much about spending the extra money, but more about the poor service and Bad attitude.

If you love getting your nails done or even if it’s just your first time. you HAVE to try Nail FX! Associates do excellent work on both medi and pedi. Great service! All the ladies there are very friendly. This is the best salon for quality! Tried this place out after a bad experience at a different nail salon, the workers were so kind and my nails look great!
