When I make an appointment they told me $68:00 price ,when it was time to pay she charge me$98:00! And the the service was third grade! Today I called her, she didn’t satisfy me! Linzy who treat me that day! It was on August 8th! Also I had my appointment,& in between she made me to wait & she took care another client! I would never recommend this place! Person who is paying $98:00+$5:00 for tips, can anybody would believe that can ask free service! I complained same time her that she didn’t clean the cuticles from my right hand!she didn’t agree! So I was that day late on this place, I called today to tell them about! This people are not trustworthy!

Hi, we are regular customers (my mother is 95) and we made an appointment for two pedicures on Sunday. We arrived in time and as of 40 minutes later we are still sitting – this has never happened here but the women working on us are of such limited English they were unable to explain. One kind of said there people before us but why then make an appointment? A 95 year old woman with a wheelchair should not have to wait with an appointment and no explanation. There is so much competition in this area we need to rethink. Thanks for reading this.

Critical: QualityI have always looked for a good, not to pricey local nail service and when i saw nail essence was open by shaws, i was excited to try it out. My first visit was great, great service, good nail quality, and clean atmosphere. Tiffany was my nail artist and did a great job. However, i was not pleased at all my second and third time. Each time was rushed and not only did my nails come out completely different than the picture i provided, but 2 of the acrylic nails were put on sideways and the lady just left it after saying shed fix it. The nail place itself is filled with everything a professional nail place would have, but only certain people do an outstanding job. I highly recommend Tiffany if your looking for a nice set of acrylics otherwise I dont recommend it as a good place for styled acrylic nails. It was also 70$ which is way to pricey for low quality work with certain members. I had been having a rough week and I really needed a manicure. I normally get a gel manicure, but I’ve been helping my family and broke basically all my nails. I really wanted a full set and came in at 6:25. I asked for a full set but was going to be 100% okay if they could only do gel because it was 35 minutes before they closed. The woman who sat me was very polite and explained that they could do that if I waited 5 minutes. They did an incredible job and I wouldn’t be happier! I realize they couldn’t always accommodate this request but I am beyond grateful that they did this week!

I came here for the first time on Tuesday I loved the way my nails came out, then two days later THREE of my nails broke ! When I went back to get them fixed the same lady (seat 13) rushed to fix them because her scheduled appointment was there . Now it’s the following Sunday and another nail is cracked and about to fall off!! I suggest for all not to go there . The review may be good but it’s all false just for show . I’m very upset I really liked my nails I spent my money for nothing what a shame !

I have been coming here for a while and I never wait for longer than 5 minutes. By the time I’m done picking out my polish I’m taken to my chair. I never make an appointment either. All of tbt staff are very sweet. The owner is very nice and great at what she does. Also Ben is fantastic. I’ve sat with many of the nail techs and I have never had a complain. I love this place and I always regret going anywhere else.

This place is terrible. I get a LOT of pedicures and the whole point of paying for this service is for my feet to feel smooth and clean. When I left I felt like I’d never even had a pedicure. My feet were just as rough as when I’d arrived, and when I tried to respectfully talk with the staff there, they attempted to educate me on how pedicures work rather than to take my feedback and attempt to right the situation. Complete waste of time and money! I will never return. I couldn’t even bring myself to give this place even more money by getting a manicure. Plan to go to a place I know tomorrow and get this done the right way. So disappointed.
