Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy fiance and I had a horrible experience here. Waited 3hrs for uneven and poorly done nails. Out 75 dollars for bad looking uneven bumpy nails. They Wouldn’t refund or fix them, and when they weren’t happy about her being upset about it the MAN followed right on her heels angry when she was walking back out to me. If I hadn’t have stopped him and made him go back to the sidewalk, not really sure what he was planning on doing. This most likely hasn’t been everyones experience with them, but I’ll tell ya our experience was awful and I will not and would not recommend this nail salon. Very pregnant girlfriend went to get something nice done for herself and was talked about due to some issues with her feet resulting from a procedure that was done. Not professional in the slightest! The one thing she wanted to do to make herself feel good and your staff RUINED it. Thanks a lot. This demands correction.
