Friendly, clean and conscientious service. Always love visiting Hannah and Annie at this nail salon. They are both very meticulous and always do a great job. Poor customer service. I walked in to ask if a very small chip could be fixed (or even if a quick coat of something could be applied to prevent may nail from peeling (gel)– but I didn’t get that far). One lady started to respond, but another interrupted her. The first question I was asked was if I got my nails done there. My answer was no. She didn’t like that answer. I wanted to explain that I was from out of state, but wasn’t able to after the lady interjected they wouldn’t be able to help me until 5:30 pm. It was 1:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. They had at least 6 or 7 nail technicians there who were helping clients, but, no one was waiting. I wouldn’t have minded waiting a reasonable amount of time as I understand how walk-ins work but without looking at my nail and with the attitude thrown my way, it was clear they were not looking for new business.
