I really wanted to like this place! Super clean, pretty decor. My nail beds were burning the entire time, the tech told me he poured too much of something in cuticles- no idea what it was but they were on fire. Beware of pricing- they charge separately for everything, including a cut fee?! How is cutting nails not included in a manicure? This place is a total ripoff. My ring nails are two separate lengths, paint missing on sides of nails, bubbles in the gel, texture isn’t flat. The tech did two snowflake designs that I didn’t ask for- literally just did them and I felt too awkward to tell him to take it off- then he charged me. All in all weird experience and I won’t be back. I pay $35 usually and this place cost me $50 for a bad job. I do NOT recommend.

Best nail place you could go to! The workers are very polite and welcoming and will help you with your needs. Every time i have gotten my nails done here they have been amazing. Paul the owner can do wonderful designs along with the other workers. Yesterday i got my nails done there and I had Paul do a difficult design and it is beautiful!! 100% recommend coming here for mani-pedi, waxing, etc. 5 star review!

Great quality of work from each person who has done my nails there! The colors last and the strength is unreal. My nails were last done almost 3 weeks ago and the photo attached is of today. Critical: QualityDO NOT GO HERE!!I went here about a week ago to try it out, based of the review photos.. they looked amazing. I called to see if I needed in appointment or if they could take me as a walk in. I ended up making an appointment for the same day. When I got there I did not wait they took me back instantly… off to a good start. I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. I decided to choose just the basic pedicure.. I am not sure if I did not look close enough or if their services are different but with every basic or regular pedicure I’ve ever received they use the exfoliating scrub.. the girl who did my pedicure did not. The polish on my toes was extremely messy and uneven. We get to my nails and she files, put acrylic monomer on my nails ( I’m assuming as a dehydrator) but I’ve never had that done before and it burned when she put the glue on. She also got the glue all under my nails. Other then that it was going great the shape the length, she was taking her time.. until we get to the polish. I always get gel on my acrylics and I’m never had an issue but she did not get the gel all the way down my nail bed. It was splotch, bumpy and uneven. When she finished painting my nails she went over with the electric file and she hit one of my nails.. she knew but she didn’t fix it. The glitter nails are extremely bumpy. None of my nails are straight or even with a good apex. I go to the counter expecting to pay about 80$ without tip. It was $103 dollars! I’ve never paid that much for acrylics and a pedicure in my life. I am extremely frustrated and I will not be returning. It is one week later and all of my nails have some sort of lifting. BEWARE DO NOT USE!!! I had the worst experience. I even gave them the opportunity to fix it and they still messed up. I called made an appointment with Lynn. I get there taken to chair and a woman named Lisa starts working on my pedicure. I asked about Lynn she mumbled. I assumed she would be coming to takeover. Well she never came and a man started working on dipping my nails while standing up. Turned the chair off. I had to tell him 3 times I wanted them rounded not squared. He ended up filing my long nails down to nearly nothing. The pedicure was suppose to be an intense one that offered hot stone massage etc no literally got 1 stone rubbed up then down each leg and that was it. She left my nails jagged and slant. Never filed them. I questioned how they were done and man brought me back to a chair and tried repainting them. I called and talked with owner Paul he apologized and told me Lynn and himself would redo my nails. I made appointment. I went in at 12:00 told receptionist and was told to have a seat. I waited over an hour went up and questioned and Paul apologized again that he didn’t know I was there asked me to wait few minutes. The another different girl comes up and says Paul said you need a fill in I was fuming by then I told the Paul I was there for a correction and I just wanted a refund cause they didn’t even know what was going on. He refused to give me refund. He then sends me back to the same woman that did them originally. I went in with 3 toes bare because polish came off within a day. At this point I just wanted them painted and be done. When done she sends me to another woman to fix my nails. She ask what color. I told her same as my toes. (Bright red). Throughout entire process I’m asking are you sure this will be red. She said yes. All this time Paul the owner does 3 women’s nails with dipped polish to this girl just doing me. When she finishes I ask her did she think my nails matches. She did not. They were pink. Paul came up I showed him the difference in colors he said she can paint over I told him no way by then I had been there over 3 hours. I paid $128 for the crappiest service then let this place try to make it better and it got even worse. I left almost in tears. I will NEVER go back and I plan to put my review on every social media available. It would not let me post pictures on here.

I always experience quality and friendly service at Nail Care Spa. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now. Last year they changed management and it’s even better now! They have a point systems, so you can save money after a certain amount of visits. I just saved $12.25 off my manicure. Also, they improved the chairs to be more comfy for when receiving a manicure. I’m extremely happy with the service and improvements!
