Best service, went up and above on a simple set requested that do many individuals are still complimenting on!! Have been going here for more than 3 years, extremely loyal customer until I brought my sister to have her nails done for her 18th birthday. To start, they were out of the color she wanted, understandable. so she chose a different, suitable color. The lady then proceeded to put a completely different color than the second one chosen on her nails. Wanted yellow, got orange. think halloween. So, fine whatever. Attempted fixing on our own, the ‘acrylic’ that was used is comparable to MMA (90% certain this product is illegal) absolute worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon. Not to mention, customer service has went down the drain in the past year alone. I will not be returning, no one i know will be returning, genuinely hope this place goes out of business.
