I had an appointment at another nail salon in the area for 2 pm. At about 2:15, I realized there were at least four other people in front of me before I’d be seen. I was very pressed for time and called around, and Nail Art was able to see me right away. They did a great job on my nails, and I’m grateful I ended up there. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need a manicure.

I have faithfully got my nails/pedi done every 2 wks for over 20 yrs. 2 yrs ago my nail tech moved. She was hands down one of the best in the KS/MO area. Bad customer service, over pricing for nothing, the “assembly line” feel, lack of skill, terrible lifting of nails causing fungus, damage to my natural nail bed, cut up/filed fingers, and being canceled over and over at the last minute… I have been stressed out trying so many nail shops! Ambience makes the world of a difference if you are like me and take your self-care serious. A nice trendy salon and good customer service sets the tone for relaxation. I stumbled upon this place picking up food at a restaurant next door. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing ambience, competitive pricing, a consistent salon for walk-ins or appts (I prefer standing appts) they do BOTH. Look no more and let me tell you about “Long” he is AWESOME. I don’t say this lightly. I am particular and he delivered. All the way around. Him, Ann, and the Nail Art techs all have awesome customer service, he was very meticulous, took his time, cleaned/pushed back my cuticles, applied the acrylic overlay and my polish very neatly, consistently asks for your input along the way to make sure he is delivering exactly what you want/are paying and asking for. The salon is awesome all the way around! You won’t be disappointed. 😉

I loved the color, left tip, however they do need to make sure to have an appropriate price before telling the customer two different prices. The service went ok but when I got to the car I noticed a small cut on my ring finger. The person that did my mani, instead of trying to remove the nail polish/clear coat, decided to use the clippers to remove it and he gave me a small cut. It hurts a little. I also notice skin irritation, from having my hands in a bowl with nail remover for too long :/. He didn’t put lotion or anything. I won’t be recommending this place. It was my first time and I didn’t have a pleasant experience.

I went there a few months to go to get my nails done with my mom and sisters. We get there before opening because we had a special appointment, there were already a few people there but we didn’t have to wait. There was a nail tech outside and he was smoking, which was really bad for my health. We asked them what kind of nails they did as this was our first time. We each picked our own color, unfortunately I got the guy who had been smoking, he kinda rushed and just did his own thing but I tried to correct the length of the tip and everything but he just kept going. In the end they came out cute and lasted awhile but the service wasn’t the best. Today I went again and I had a different nail tech, I was seated right away after showing a picture. He got right onto my nails at first he rushed but he slowed down and they turned out beautifully. The service was really great, they’ve definitely redeemed themselves!

This is hands down the only place you should get your nails done in the city I have never in all my life had my nails or toes done better than I have here!! The staff is amazing! I would come in and be offered a water or soda!

made an appointment for 3 the day before. got there at 3. made me wait an hour to even sit down and start my nails, which was very annoying because they weren’t even that busy and i had dinner at 6 for my birthday. the woman who started my nails then had someone else finish putting on the acrylic and filing then a woman i presume he knew came in and he made SOMEONE ELSE paint my nails so that he could do hers. extremely unprofessional place. i’ve gone to many different salons and the most i’ve had to wait to sit down is maybe twenty minutes with or without an appointment. the fact that three different people worked on my nails and it took two hours is just sad. i ended up leaving at the time my dinner reservation was at 6:15. yes the nails are good but i could’ve gotten the same quality for a quarter of the time. i usually don’t post reviews even if i had a bad experience because my mom is a business owner and i know most bad reviews aren’t true/over exaggerated, but this was just such a disappointing and frustrating experience. really hoping that no one else has to go through something like this but i’m definitely not coming back.

Got my toes done, the gentleman who did them was extremely friendly & very nice, my toes look amazing!!! I wasn’t familiar with dip polish vs gel. Regular polish never lasts on my nails and I didn’t want to go with gel. One of the customers schooled me on the difference also and was also helpful. Since I had an appointment they took me first which was so professional. My gel pedicure and dipped manicure are fabulous. I’m excited to see how long it lasts. They didn’t hurry along when they got busy. Again, very professional! I’m beyond pleased. I work with my hands in the garden daily, fabrics, and paper. Nails are my last worry but I’m feeling very good bout the care I’ve been given. The employee who checked me in actually explained the different options and procedures. I wasn’t familiar with dip polish vs gel.
