I’ve been here twice before to get an acrylic fill and they did great work!! Probably one of the best manicures I’ve ever gotten. But today I went, and a nail tech tried to tell me I needed a new set…which I didn’t need. I’ve been getting my nails done with acrylics for 10 years. So she proceeded to take them off, which didn’t need to. Especially since it took her 10 minutes to do it… they were fine. And she talked me into a service I did NOT want. The dipping powder for $75! I won’t be coming back. Because all I want is the service I asked for. I won’t be spending $75 every three weeks on nails. You like what you like. Periodt. And you shouldn’t be pushed to getting a service that’s twice as much money. She was polite but I will not be coming back. And she spent 10 minutes to take all nails off which is ridiculous—they were fine. And the dipping powder look just as good as the acrylics.

This is a fantastic nail salon! I see Teresa for my gel manicures and dip manicures and her work is perfect every time. The salon is always spotless and all of the equipment is super clean. I highly recommend!

The salon itself is very clean and the staff very polite and inviting. I really wanted this to be THE nail place since it’s half a mile from my house but unfortunately it will not be. Unless you’re looking for plain nails, this is not the place for you. I showed the manicurist a photo of what I wanted and she stated she could do it and I had faith that she could. See photos of what I wanted vice what I walked out with.

Critical: ProfessionalismI was 9 months pregnant and wanted to get a pedicure with my daughter, to spend some special time with her before baby’s arrival. Long story short, I dropped by to see if they could take us as a walk-in. The lady misunderstood and only took my daughter to the back. I started following her and the woman exclaimed that she couldn’t take two. She literally started pushing me from behind back to the front of the salon and my 7 y/o daughter was confused. The employee was pushing a very pregnant woman out of the store . I am a more timid person and would never engage in conflict in public, in case you are wondering what warranted the response (I have no idea!). It was embarassing to say the least and I would never give this business my money. This occurred in summer of 2019, as a disclaimer. I called ahead to ask for acrylics and the woman was polite and said I could come in 20 then later said I could come now, so I went. Then when I got there they were all staring at me and asking me what I want? I said acrylics. She was like are you the one who called, I said yes. Then a woman from the back is called up to tell me that they’re “actually all booked today” even though there were only a few women there and a bunch of free artists. She says they’re all free tomorrow even though I called in advance and didn’t even offer to let me wait for 20 min or something. It felt very off and like they were making excuses to kick me out. I’m not sure if this is because of how I looked or me being younger but yes not happy and didn’t feel welcome.

Updating my review since lately their customer service has gotten better. They still have the sign up about being charged extra if you’re not in a good mood but the ladies are much nicer.
