Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAndrew, who owns the business is super professional, accommodating and understanding! Right after calling to see if they were available, I made an appointment right away because of how amazing the customer service was just over the phone! When I got there I was greeted, they were waiting for me. I literally felt like a VIP (which is a perfect & fun way to feel when pampering yourself) Maggie, was waiting for me, and after a night of barely any sleep my brain was having trouble making decisions and finding the right words to explain what I wanted, sure enough I got exactly what I wanted! Honestly, it came out better than I wanted ! I highly recommend, Maggie was extremely personable and friendly too and it’s definitely the type of environment I would suggest to anyone practicing self-care, or anything really! But hey don’t take my word for it see for yourself, if you’re on a tight schedule they’ll figure it out with you. I’m going back I’m going to refer everyone I know! Everyone is so friendly and clean – we each have our own boxes of tools, and if you don’t have a box, they open a new set of tools every time. I get acrylic full sets (they do have dip!), and everyone is always so responsive to my pickiness in nail shape and length. My most recent manicure might be my favorite one yet – Kim did a beautiful job. Very flexible and I have never felt uncomfortable or overcrowded here. Everyone is so friendly and clean – we each have our own boxes of tools, and if you don’t have a box, they open a new set of tools every time.
