We came in to get services as advertised online. Simple pedicure, child nail polish and child nails. We were charged $140! 4 year old hot gel because we were sold told that the regular polish would chip. Got gold glitter gel chipped off before we got home.

When i was in there they ha kicked and elderly lady out because she had an appointment but they were too busy doing my feet. Do not go there, they have horrible service. They never clean their tools, and they don’t wear gloves. I had a gross hot rag go on my leg an the guy doing my leg had a freakishly long pinky nail stabbing my foot. When i was in there they ha kicked and elderly lady out because she had an appointment but they were too busy doing my feet. The nail tech did a wonderful job and was quick. The only downfall is walk-ins. They do accept them but there is rarely an opening, make sure to schedule an appointment.

Would not recommend. Don’t bother to make an appointment. They take people off the street you you’ll still have to wait. They also give preferential treatment to friends. Save your time an energy and go to a place that values their customers.

So I asked them before I got my nails done if they do matted colors and they said yes because I specially went in there to get matted nails and after they already put on my acrylic nails they then said that they didn’t have it. Also they put my nails on crooked and very uneven. I do not recommend.

Nara does beautiful work. You cannot reach these people by phone…always goes to an answering service that does NOT return calls….So, unless you are willing to show up and take “pot luck” as to the time of service…not really a good idea unless you have a lot of time to waste….Sad and no way to run a business.
