Mary is awesome – I had such anxiety the first time I went and was probably not the easiest client (I was jerking around like a mad woman) but she was patient, while offering advice and encouragement. Most importantly, she did a great job and I have been back several times now. I would be disappointed if I had to find a new technician for services. Mynx just switched into a new locations (great area with some parking) and you would never know walking up how nice it looks inside but it’s a beautiful space and the room was cozy and warm on this snowy day in Tacoma. Book with Mary – you won’t regret it 🙂

I got a hydro facial from Mary (what a lovely young women) and loved the experience. I’m the type of person that is obnoxiously curious about everything and I’m sure I asked way too many questions about every step of the process and what products she was using and what they did. I honestly expected some sort of cookie cutter answer for each thing I asked how ever the amount of knowledge this young lady has about her craft was astounding and she was more then happy to share it with me. Had my first waxing appointment with Mary this morning and she was so great! I’ve never gotten a wax before but Mary was very gentle and kind and immediately put me at ease. Absolutely plus-size friendly. She also took the time to explain the products she was using during the ingrown hair treatment and gave me advice on what to use if I didn’t want to purchase those particular products. I’m super happy with the final product and will definitely be coming back – thanks, Mary!
