So so disappointed. Got my nails done here two days ago. This was a $90 manicure. NINETY DOLLARS and the nail fell off IN MY SLEEP 2 DAYS LATER. I am now out of town for my sister’s wedding and have to run to Walgreens to get some glue to try to repair it myself. Unreal. Don’t go here. Manicure

My $55 dip manicure chipped off after 2 days. When I went back and asked Suzy, the owner, to fix the manicure, she gave me a really hard time about redoing it. Instead of giving me a new manicure like I requested, she gave me a refund, which while appropriate did not help my chipped manicure. Really bad attitude and customer service. Will not be going back.

The service was acceptable, however their website had a misleading promotion for discounted mani-pedi prices on Wednesday’s. When I called ahead and asked if the special was still active, I was told that it was. However, when I arrived and finished my service, I was told that there was no special. Overall, decent service, but disappointed with the misleading advertising.

I really love this place, I went there for the first time a week ago, I had a wedding to attend and I almost forgot my nails, I walked in 1 hour before they close and they took me, 3 of the ladies did an amazing job, I felt VIP having my pedicure and manicure done at the same time, I don’t think they do this but they did it to me because i walked in one hour before they close. My nails have lasted 7 days without a chip, I’ve had no chip jobs that don’t last 1 day, I really recommend this place, i am definitely coming back. Oh I almost forgot to mention the owner or the manager (the front lady) gave me a free pair of sandals so I didn’t have to put my gym shoes back on and ruin my pedicure, I was really overwhelmed by their service.

Live in the burbs, but was staying downtown on 7/26, so I popped in for a no chip polish change. Somehow got a full mani and the bill was $50. Figured oh well, a treat for myself. The young lady did a good job but was SO SLOW, I was actually counting the seconds on the clock on the wall of how long it took her to do each nail, since I was heading to Wrigley Field and my family was waiting for me. 5 days later, one nail chipped and today, the 6th day, another. Very disappointed. I figured since they have a 7 day guarantee it would have lasted at least that long, especially for the $$. If I lived in the city I definitely would go back for them to honor their guarantee.
