I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and My is by far the best. She is fast, which is a bonus, but also very detailed. My nails always look great at the time of appointment and grow out well until my next appointment. I highly recommend! Dip powder

I got my nails done with My for the first time in March and I really loved them. She used the dip but assured me I can get acrylic in the future if I wanted. Well I had 4 nails lift and 2 come completely off. I chalked it up to the dip and so I said I just wanted the acrylic this time. My is out for the month so she had someone else do them. I waited a half hour after I checked in-then was marked a no show. The lady didn’t come to get me after she was done with her other appt. Whatever- no big deal. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and told her acrylic. And she said she would have to take off my nails and redo since it was two different products. My put the dip right over my acrylic, but I trust what I’m told because they are the professionals. So, fine. I said I wanted acrylic with gel nail polish. She used gel for my nails. I repeatedly said I wanted the color bubble bath and she said they had it. She just used the gel for my nails and didn’t paint them. So you can see my natural nail! Thankfully i got it covered with glitter. She used my natural nail and I asked for tips because I do not like seeing my natural nail underneath. they grow out and don’t look as nice. She said I cannot. My nails are short, uneven, and not shaped well. I was there for 2 hours. I was charged $70. I was not told I would have to go through this or I wouldn’t have allowed My to use this dip powder. I waited to write a review from my first visit because I wanted to see how the dip lasted, which it obviously did not. Which I wouldn’t have had a problem with had I just been able to get an acrylic fill like I was told I could. I am not rough with my nails, nor do I have a rough job. So I am beyond frustrated and will be going somewhere to get them fixed. My first experience with My was great. I LOVED how she did my nails, I just didn’t like the dip and wanted acrylic since those didn’t last. And I never have issues with lifting or nails just popping off. But now i need to pay more to get my nails fixed.
