I am honestly very disappointed with this nail salon. They’re located near my job which I thought would be super convenient for me but I have been there 3 times within the last month and been let down every time. The first time I went I asked for their basic pedicure, ended up being charged over $50 which is not the price listed for the basic pedicure, the technician added hot stones which felt nice but I didn’t request it and didn’t know it was an up charge. The second time I went I asked for a gel polish change on my hands and within a few days the polish started chipping and peeling on almost every single nail. Ive never had that happen with gel polish before. Typically gel polish lasts 4+ weeks. Definitely not after only 2 weeks. I went in today to tell them about the polish chipping already and was told that because it had been over a week they still needed to charge me $15 to change the color, I said okay, even though in my opinion I shouldn’t have been charged anything considering gel polish should not be chipping already. After he was done painting my nails, I went to check out and she said my total was $20, I said “you said before it would be $15?” and her response was “yeah well it had been closer to two weeks since you last came in so we have to charge you $20, you should have come in sooner to get it fixed”. 1. If I had known it was going to be $20 to get it fixed, which is almost the full price of a gel polish change I wouldn’t have done it, I would have just gone home and taken the old polish off and been done with it. 2. I’m sorry that I didn’t have the availability to just come in as soon as the paint started chipping. 3. I also didn’t think it was as big of a deal when it was just one nail that chipped but then every single nail started chipping or peeling and as soon as I had the time to come in, I did. I even asked if it’s typical of the brand of polish they use to chip and peel that quickly but she didn’t have an answer, she just said “sorry that happened” and still charged me $20. It makes me sad because the gentlemen who did my nails was friendly and like I said it’s in a convenient location but I won’t be coming back. Update, the gel polish I just got done 2 days ago is chipping already. Another update, just went in again and asked them to take off the polish, there was no apology or offer of a refund or anything, she didn’t even remove all the nail polish or file the stuff left over off of my nails. I am not usually a review person but is this normal? Ive had such a bad and weird experience at this salon.

Sam does my nails, and she is so amazing! This salon is the best I have ever been to. They are wonderful people, and my nails are always perfect and I am picky. The prices are fair and I look forward to going every time.

Very clean nail spa! I go to Cindy D. For my nails and she always takes care of me ! She doesn’t mind when I make requests and is always so friendly ! I prefer shorter plain nails and I’m alway happy! It’s a very comfortable atmosphere and everyone seems really professional! I would definitely recommend without hesitation! ♥️

But that was not given to me I came in yesterday to get two nails fixed an index finger and a pinky finger. after getting seated when I first walked in I made Light conversation with my nail tech.As she struggled to remove my acrylic nail on my index fingernail my nail technician decided to ask me “IF I HAD MY NAILS DONE OUT OF SOMEONES HOME??? “(Of course a question that highly offended me!) But I politely told her No!! I went to a shop up the street called moon nails. The nail technician tried to CLEAN UP HER QUESTION BY using the excuse of my nails being so long that’s why she figured someone did them out of their home.Which I then told her plenty of shops do long nails there’s a nail shop called extreme nails that does an absolutely wonderful job and her conversation had not continued anymore after she realized she offended me.The worst part is the quality of the nail technician that I received at my nail spa look like they were done out of someone’s basement, shack , or bedroom! If I could give negative stars I would. Two manicures Friday afternoon, the next day polish was chipping. Facilities we so gross dirty and smelled like rotten fish. My nail tech was dirty and had gross long nails with dirt under them. Worst experience ever! Don’t waste your time or money!!!
