Got my Brazilian with Mona and I absolutely LOVE HER! I’ve never gone to anywhere but European wax center so I was a bit nervous but she totally eased my anxiety! She did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable 🙂 she’s super friendly and experienced. I already booked my next appointment. So glad I could find an amazing salon so close to my home since I’ve moved. Definitely book for all of your beauty needs!

Mona was absolutely awesome! I came in not totally sure what I wanted done to my hair, I showed her a couple pictures and she was very helpful and easy to work with. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI bought a Groupon for this location, made an appointment online because that is the only way to make an appointment, confirmed said appointment via their texting system, even got a reminder text the day of the appointment. I show up 5 minutes early, the location is lights off and doors locked. I try calling 3x with the same message stating that they only have online booking. No sign on the door stating emergency closing. I bought a Groupon for this location, made an appointment online because that is the only way to make an appointment, confirmed said appointment via their texting system, even got a reminder text the day of the appointment. This is my first visit to Mona Lisa Salon and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. I loved how Mona, the owner, cut my hair. The products that she uses are extremely high-quality and non-damaging for color. I appreciated the educational background on the European product line. The head, neck and shoulder massage were fabulous and this is something that other salons do not include with a highlight and haircut appointment. The atmosphere and setting of the salon is in a super cool, huge artsy space that has a bohemian vibe. Very relaxing. The shampoo and conditioning products used were extremely high quality and all natural products. I purchased the tomato-based conditioner and I love it. This was a truly unique salon experience.

She is professional and knows her products and she takes the time to explain what she uses and why, which I really appreciated. My cut and color turned out AMAZING.
