Save time – Book online. Mobility in Massage is a local massage and bodywork service aimed at helping you decrease or eliminate your muscular aches, pains, and tightness. The session includes an assessment to determine where the issue is stemming from. Depending on what your body needs we can include cupping, hot stones, Aromatherapy, and percussion gun. Aubrey holds a Reiki II certification who is also available to distant healing and pet Reiki healing. Aubrey E. Garcia is no longer accepting insurance claims, but will gladly send an invoice that you can send to your insurance.

Aubrey has a very unique approach to healing. This is my second visit to her and both have been amazing. She begins the visit with a brief overview of what areas need work and what your goals are for the appointment. She has a very ituitive pressure, not too light not to heavy and checks in often on if she needs to adjust.She is able to combine different techniques to make the most of the time, and offers advice for how to feel healthier between appointments. She even recommended a book that she had read on a common interest with some alternative healing that could be impactful for some health issues my family has I was very impressed with both visits, and felt that she gives her very best to her clients.

If you are looking for a professional remedial massage therapist, look no further. Aubrey is expertly trained (just look at the wall of her qualifications!) and she knows what she is doing. I had a rotator cuff that was causing pain and she was able to relieve the pain instantly. Aubrey talks to you about any issues you are having and she is able to tailor the session to your individual needs. She does both a pre and post assessment and makes further adjustments if needed.
