I made an appt for 8/26 at 9 am with a certain worker for a full set and pedi. I did not leave until 12 pm. They kept accepting walk ins before me. Not to mention I didn’t even get the worker I requested while booking online. My nails look horrible. I requested a certain shape and they were done exactly how I explained I did not want them. They are crooked, I was cut and burned from the excessive pressure while filing. I am completely embarrassed at how awful they look. My cuticles look so dry and horrid. I heard so many good things that I drove from Mount Airy. Regretting that I came here.

So I had an appointment at 11AM today. I waited an hour to have a pedicure/nail polish on my fingers( both gel). The husband and wife owners were lovely and very apologetic and accommodating of my wait and apologized for my wait multiple times. It’s now almost 8pm and my finger nail gel polish had started to lift or peel on multiple finger nails so I ended up just pulling it off. My pedicure was ok, but that even looks unfinished. I thought the owners were wonderful and had such a good reputation and everyone raves about them but I’m less than satisfied.

Love this place and these people!!! I’ve never been disappointed with my nails and love spending time with them when I’m getting them done!! With a busy work schedule it’s hard to know when I can get there and they do all they can to help accommodate my schedule and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Long hours with one customer right after another all day and they are always pleasant and cutting up with everyone♥️ I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!!
