I’ve been trying unsuccessfully at trying to reach anyone here. They have voice mail boxes, but you can’t leave a message because ALL the boxes are full. I’ve never used them and had a question, but with no response and no way to leave a message, I guess I will spend my money elsewhere. Hard to maintain a near 5 star rating with no way to make an appointment.

I am from Alaska, and I had a hard time finding a place that would actually do my hair (my hair is very long)..I was turned away by a few places even. When I found Miss Anora’s I was so welcomed. The atmosphere was wonderful family oriented in nature. I felt right at home. Leah was my beautician and she was amazing. She took time to learn about what would work best for my hair. Tiffy does my hair every 2 months and does a fantastic job. I get a different color highlight each time and she will even text me a week in advance to see what color I am thinking of doing. Very attentive and always makes sure she has it the way you want it.

I have been trying to call and setup an appt. with anyone or more importantly a call back for over a month. Was able to leave 2 messages and no one returned any of my calls. Then when you do try and leave a message, you cannot cause all of the inboxes are full and unable to leave a message. Very frustrating trying to get a hold of anybody at this shop. I guess unless you have a personal number of the employees who work there you will be left ignored!
