Critical: Punctuality, QualityMy first visit was a starter locs appointment with Bug was at 3pm and was told it would take 2hrs but I didn’t leave until after 9pm. 2 people walked in and I guess they were regular clients because I was told to sit to the side several times while they got their hair done. My hair was rushed and not even twisted to the ends. Im big on loyalty so I gave her a second chance for a re twist. Waited over an hour appointment was at 5pm my hair wasn’t started until after 6:30 and it was rushed again. Ends still loose and not twisted. She likes to braid your hair to hide the lazy work. What’s the purpose of scheduling an appointment only to have to wait over an hour for service. I will not be going back a 3rd time and will definitely go somewhere else. Waste of money and time lack of consideration and professionalism. My first visit was a starter locs appointment with Bug was at 3pm and was told it would take 2hrs but I didn’t leave until after 9pm. 2 people walked in and I guess they were regular clients because I was told to sit to the side several times while they got their hair done. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent to this salon today for the first time and i have to say i was very impressed by the professionalism. Customer service was awesome and everyone was so polite and friendly. Went over and beyond to put my needs first with no hesitation. I was more than satisfied with my new look and would highly recommend these ladies for anyone in need of a new style or beauticians. Went to this salon today for the first time and i have to say i was very impressed by the professionalism. Customer service was awesome and everyone was so polite and friendly. Went over and beyond to put my needs first with no hesitation. I was more than satisfied with my new look and would highly recommend these ladies for anyone in need of a new style or beauticians. First, I usually never let someone cut my hair because of experiences in the past but the women was very trusting and Im glad she did it because I couldnt be happier with the results.
