Do not recommend this place, you don’t get what you ask for , it happened once before I thought I give it another chance, same thing, left with two different shapes of eye brows , one thin and the other one just ok, I specifically ask for just clean up and not to thin!!

Critical: QualityI went into the Livonia location with grown out, full eyebrows. I was just looking for a clean up but left with very thin weirdly shaped brows. Now I have to start the regrowth process all over again and find somewhere new to take care of me. This was not my first visit but most likely my last 🙁

Will not go again. If there’s anything I am picky about it is my eyebrows, first of all they weren’t even with each other and maybe the lighting should be a little brighter so that I can see what they have actually done. I don’t even want to go out with how poorly my eyebrows are, I would of rather have them bushy than to let them touch them. Next time I’ll make the three hour drive necessary to go to the best or do them myself. Thanks for ruining my experience!

I don’t allow many people to do my eyebrows, and I was really nervous to go BUT my eyebrows are flawless!!! I will continue to support this business as they give great service. The young lady took her time, and even when she got busy she was still professional, and gave outstanding service. SO happy to have found this place!!!

This place is the worst. So first of all there was only one person there so there was a 30 minute wait. So I tell her I want my brows just cleaned up. They were already shaped just needed a clean up. Probably the worst eyebrows I have ever seen. So thin and tiny. Don’t even fit my face they are way too short! I am so embarassed of my brows. They are not even either. Do not come here!! Also you guys need to stop putting body lotion on people’s face after threading that’s not good for anyone’s skin. Use facial lotion. Worst experience EVER!!!!!

Critical: CleanlinessI had a recent visit at the Livonia , Michigan location. As we are going through a tough time with Covid season I noticed that the emoyees are not changing their gloves between customers. The employee wore gloves for doing eyebows for the customer, with out changing the gloves used the computter keypzd, swipped the customers credit card and then put sanitizer on her gloved hand and went to do the eyebows of the second customer. After finishing the second customer she did not take off her gloves, used her computter key pad again , swipped the credit card of the second customer.So basically they are spreading each and everyone’s germs to computter key pad / credit card and then to their next customers.This happened last month also when I was there.
