Critical: ProfessionalismI honestly really want a refund. I got an appointment for a hair cut and they put me with Brianna. That appointment was today. Brianna was quite friendly and I liked the look of my hair when I left because it was curled. Once the curls flattened I could finally see the choppy mess it really was. I got my hair done today by Ashley steyh and she is so amazing does such a great job I highly recommend going to these gals. the owner of the salon kay is amazing!!! She is so nice she has such a great personality offers you amazing Christmas treats!!! All the girls are so nice and it is such an amazing environment to be in. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Over all I am so happy with everyone there I had an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back.

Katheryn Bradley, owner of Mirabelle Salon and Spa, has been my devoted Stylist for 20+ years, and is the Color Master behind my Arctic Blonde hair. After moving in and out of the valley several years back, I was forced to experiment with several other stylists. Absolutely no one could create my Arctic blonde hair the way Kay can. If you are looking for a Marilyn Monroe or Game of Thrones ( Mother of Dragons) beautiful blonde, you cannot go wrong with Mirabelle Salon and Spa. Not only is Kay top notch with her skills and attentiveness to her clients, her entire team creates such a welcoming atmosphere, catering not only to my crazy needs, but to all others who surround me when I am there. I just tried but I was cut off. Kay isthe most unprofessional serviee in NW Montana. She overchares, doubles quoted fees after the fact, continually pushes unneeded products at clients just to make more money cancels appointments at the very last minute even though she knows the client has dri en 1and 1/2hours.a and she gossips and spreads lies out clients to other shops. 66666aa⁷

Called to try to get an appointment for a root color that day, as we were staying in Glacier. They set me up with Courtney. She was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted, matched my color perfectly and was very professional. It was so good, I opted to have her trim my hair, also. She did not disappoint. I would highly recommend her.
