The people at Mimosa went above and beyond to help me. I was on vacation and our truck broke down. To kill time, I told my husband I was going to get my nails done. I walked from the Dodge dealer and got lost. I must have walked 5 miles. One of their customers offered to come get me because it started to rain. That in itself was amazing. I got a wonderful manicure, then walked next door to eat. Mimosa texted me and offered to give me a ride back. That was amazing. There are good people still out there. Bless you all.

10/10 would not recommend. Tried to make an appointment for my bridal party and I to get our nails the day before the wedding. They accepted the appointment with them wanting specifics on who was all going to be there and what we want before booking. When I couldn’t provide exact specifics on what everyone individually wanted two months before the wedding they responded with requiring a 500$ deposit to hold the appointment time. Very pushy and unprofessional.

I scheduled mani pedis for my two girlfriends and myself and I’ll I can think is they overbooked themselves. Had done a good job before but this time I waited two hours(not being seated with my girlfriends getting pedicures) to just get my nails done! Didn’t even get my pedicure ….. not to mention the atmosphere took a very uncomfortable and awkward turn. Very unpleasant and crazy to think how much money they made still. *my other friend skipped getting her nails finished due to this as well

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had dip nails done by Brenda and could not be more pleased! She is sweet, understood exactly what I wanted and still surprised me with airbrushing and hombre tip on top of my dip! So cool! Beautiful place, bathroom is super cute too!(Brenda painted all those little trees on the wall )

Showed up for my appointment after taking time off work and waited 30 min just to be told I was never put on the schedule and was asked to reschedule. Thankful for chassie at lash lounge for getting me scheduled in such a short amount of time as I have a vacation coming up!

Critical: QualityI went for a pedicure with my mother in law and spent $218. A week later, my toe was terrible inflamed, painful and very obviously infected. I contacted the place and asked for a refund and they told me that they can’t refund me that they can only pay for an ER bill. Well, I’m in the military and don’t even pay for medical so that wouldn’t help the situation. 3 weeks later and my toe is still in a lot of pain. I contacted the place and asked for a refund and they told me that they can’t refund me that they can only pay for an ER bill.
