I took my daughter and niece for a no-chip. Just to have Mimi tell me 30minutes after we have waited that my son wasn’t allowed inside. He was not crying or bothering anyone. She could’ve told me as soon as I walked in that there’s a no child policy. She was very rude and was not going to provide the service. Also place look dirty. Found another great Salon near the area with great customer service.

They are offering such a wonderful service at Mimi’s! I walked in, was seated immediately, showed a picture of the style I wanted, and was taken care of thoroughly and to my content. The lady who did my nails was extremely sweet and worked hard to execute every detail and even stayed past closing hours to assure they came out beautiful instead of rushing through! I know one thing, and that’s that I will be back to Mimi’s for my future nail appointments! Highly recommend!

I went here yesterday recommended by a family member. I am super picky on where I go since I always get a gel full set. Since I was only getting a no chip manicure, I thought I would give this place a try. Big mistake. I walk in and tell the lady I want a no chip manicure. She tells me to pick a color from the wall, which I knew were not no chip colors but whatever. Then she sits me down on the pedicure chair. Again, I was confused and told her I wanted a manicure yet she insisted I sit down. She tells me to put my feet in. I told her yet again, I want a no chip manicure not pedicure. She looked at me like I was dumb. She finally gets it and directs me to the table to do my nails. She then tells me I picked the wrong kind of nail polish for a no chip. I said I know that but you made me pick from that wall. So she shows me her no chip colors and we proceed. As she’s doing my nails, there’s lint on my nail. She completely ignores it. I had to tell her twice to remove the lint, again looked at me like I was crazy. Like, she was really going to keep that lint on my nail. Overall terrible experience it is not clean in there looks so dingy. I do not recommend this place. It might be cheaply priced but you won’t be paying for quality. She did such a messy job, the picture shows my nails after I had to clean them up a bit.

I have been to many nail salons in the neighborhood, not one salon has ever compared to Mimi’s. I will never go anywhere else. Mimi and her employees take the time to perfect every service offered. I am never rushed through any mani pedi which I have experienced at many other salons. Mimi listens to her customers and every detail is done to perfection.

Can’t even believe these people are in business! Came in for an acrylic fill and had to leave because the lady doing my nails was forcing my acrylics off by the cuticles with clippers even though they were not lifting what so ever at the cuticles. She’s ripped through to my real nail on my middle finger which was previously bruised from shutting it in a car door a month ago. Only bruised I might add, I had just finally put acrylic back on it two weeks ago from my previous nail appointment back in Denver. There was no need to rip off my nail like this. If my nails needed to be replaced instead of refilled I would understand removing them CORRECTLY and putting down fresh acrylic, but not by ripping and tearing them off with cuticle clippers. Please save yourself the time, money, and pain.
