I wasn’t too sure of this place but I’m glad I took my daughter there.. called them and they immediately said they had an opening. Got there in 15 minutes and they took us right in. My daughter showed the guy a pic of what she wanted and he had no problem with the design. Kim wasn’t very talkative but that’s ok she worked on details on my daughters nails and cuticles! My daughter was very impressed cause last place we went jacked up her design. We also got our brows waxed and again Kim was very detailed and precise! I do believe we found our new spot.. prices are a but expensive but ya pay for what u want and they definitely provide them services! Thanks

Not welcoming to POC… the service I needed was a basic full set removal and the person performing the service tried to pop off my nails with another acrylic nail.. when i asked for them to be soaked they gave me attitude and said the time would be long and I accepted. After he got the nails off he tried to charge me $20 for a removal I was interested in why the price would be so much. He threw so much shade and eventually told me $15 but don’t come back. My nails will now have to grow out the uneven level from the shaving and be filed the right way.

Critical: QualityI went to this place to get a pedicure and a fill-in. I was the last person to leave that place. I was so uncomfortable and not satisfied with the results.First, they started with my pedicure. I was in that chair for 2 hours because the polish would not dry. They had to do my feet twice. My feet was so tender after they finished.Second, my nails was last and it took forever. Before he started I told him to cut my cuticles and he said yes but he did it after he did the fill-in and polish, which was weird to me. The corner of my nails were not covered completely with the gel powder nor polish.Also, lines started to appear on my nails as if they were cracking and one nail broke by me scratching my side, just scratching, the next day. I LOVE my service from Mimi’s Nail Spa! Kim is absolutely amazing! I chose to try the dipping powder for the first time and ever since then I have stuck with it. She does fantastic work and I always leave satisfied. Emma and Tony are amazing, as well! They have such a friendly environment and they listen to make sure you get what you would like. I am happy to have found them!

I am really unhappy about my experience here. i needed a soak off and a full set of acrylic nails. i called them before I went in to make sure they could take me in, they said they could so i went. i was put in a chair fairly quickly which was nice. but then, instead of soaking off my previous set, the nail tech (an older guy, tony i think? not sure because he didn’t speak to me) started using a very sharp tool and nail tip to cut and pry the acrylic off my nail bed. he actually cut chunks of my nail off on 2 nails when using the sharp tool and i was bleeding. but i didn’t know that wasnt normal until i researched it after i left. next, he starts gluing on the flimsiest tips i have ever seen, i wont be surprised if these break. i showed him what length i wanted and he started trimming the tips. my nails are not an even length, not even close. its noticeable when you compare my hands. then, after enduring the stinging pain of him putting the primer on my damaged nails, he starts putting on my acrylic. my left pinkie is crooked. the acrylic is so thin. i dont expect it to be super thick but there is hardly any and it doesn’t even go all the way to the tip of my nail. then, he put a gel top coat on my nails and puts my hand under the lamp. so, i got my nails pried off and my nail bed chipped when i wanted a SOAK OFF, uneven nails, a simple design on one nail per hand, and a gel top coat. i paid $90. im appalled and genuinely DO NOT recommend. after researching when i left, i learned that NO reputable salon would EVER cut chunks of your natural nails off or pry acrylic off your natural nail. i want a refund.

Mimi Nail Spa is amazing! They are clean, attentive to customers, fast while doing great quality work and always fit everyone in. Plus they are kind and play soothing music so it’s a nice treat. I recommend it if you are looking for a new spot:)

Kim and Toni A are super nice ! Toni is talkative and funny and Kim is really knowledgeable about nails . I was OBSESSED with my nails (shape, color, longevity) . They’re a little more expensive than what I normally pay but it’s difficult to find a place I really like so if I have an occasion I come here.
