My wife went out of the studio really satisfied. There was communication limitation (personel was only Spanish speakers) but with phone help of the owner and Google translator it was possible to overcome it to satisfaction of both sides.

It was an impromptu decision and since I was in doral I searched out for the yelp-4-5 star salons. I’m so glad I found them! I believe it was Maria who cut my hair, which was down to my bum, up to my shoulder blades after 10 years of having it long. She met my expectations that she was more than willing to listen to prior to the cut. She does a fabulous blow-dry too. Mimi was a doll helped my husband entertain my 18month old while they waited. Both Maria and Mimi are exceptional in providing a perfect salon experience. The salon is small and seemed very family oriented… everyone knew everyone and that’s how I like it! Love the people, love the atmosphere, and so glad I finally found a regular place to have my hair cut! Thanks ladies!

I called to make an appointment for today at 9:00 am as I have an event , they confirmed my appointment, showed up at 9:00 am and salon was closed. Waited until 9:30 am and nothing, called and texted and nothing back. Now it’s the day of my event and I have no one to do my hair. Super unprofessional, if they would’ve called me yesterday and told me no one could do my hair this morning, I would’ve done it last night.
