I tried this salon and will not return. My stylist did a good job with my color and hiding my grey roots (that’s the 2 stars), but when I got out to my car, I saw that there was color still all around my hairline and blotches of it on my face. I was about to go out to dinner and couldn’t do that because of all the color on my face. The haircut was poor, with layers too short in odd places. But probably worst of all was the owner and how badly she talked about other clients to her clients who were there and to her staff. No one is perfect, but I will look for another salon with a more positive vibe.

UPDATE:9/14- Review not staged as company is suggesting… “Ma’am” I am sorry If someone’s review that calls you out on a potential problem triggers a response pointing a finger back at the reviewer, rather than “I’m sorry, we had an issue with our phones, or all experts were insanely busy at that time, etc.” It happens, and reviews are here for a reason, to share experiences. I understand accountability can be difficult for many, so I am certain no amount of dialog here will change your outlook or attitude. As far there being a problem with my phone, there certainly was no issue with the salon that I called and successfully visited afterwards.
