I started my laser treatments at this Milan location earlier this year and absolutely loved Linda. I had to move locations for a while due to distance, but I’m so glad my schedule allows for me to visit this location again. Linda is wonderful. She listens to all of my concerns and is incredibly thorough with my treatments. I know I’m always in great hands when I’m with her. All of the staff here are friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend it enough!

I have been going to Milan laser for several months now, however my last experience with this location was horrible. I felt completely unwelcome from the front staff to the clinician. For someone to expose their privacy and intimacy to a clinician, that should never be disrespected. Every session the pain level will increase, although i premedicated for the treatment, the clinician would not listen to me when I advised it was burning, and I ended up with a burn mark from the tip of the laser at a typically untreated area from previous sessions. Also she rushed through the session and became annoyed and rude to me. Usually , after each zap it helps to press down on the skin to ease the pain , that day she was impatient and she told me to “suck it up”. Being a woman of color with curves, she disrespected me as well because of my curves like it was a hindrance. I will never go back to this location, I have already set up future appointment at another location.
