The “nurse” used the wrong setting and severely burnt me all over a very large area on my body. When I said it was burning she continued the treatment ignoring the fact that I was crawling off the bed while repeatedly saying it’s burning me! She also failed to provide eye protection when treating near my eye’s. When I brought it to her attention she told me to just close my eye’s. Management was supposed to call me back and has failed to do so. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and the customer service is only great when they are trying to sell you the next package. If nothing is done and if there is scaring I will be seeking my attorney. Proceed with caution!
