Listen I’m not gonna sugar coat it. Laser hair removal is PAINFUL! That said, Milan is wonderful about doing everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Their rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s a great business. It just sucks that the actual process is so painful, but that’s not really their fault
