After not getting the results I wanted at another salon, I came here to get what I actually wanted done and Michele exceeded my expectations!! She did highlights on my hair taking it from black to an ashy blonde, which I love. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered! Michele was very knowledgeable and clearly knows what she’s doing. If you’re looking for a stylist that you can trust and who will listen to you, come here! Jayme is great! She does an awesome job and never makes you feel rushed or unimportant. She was dedicated to turning my hair around and I’m forever grateful. The atmosphere is also nice and in a great part of Rochester, and the rest of the stylists seem super chill. Book with Jayme, you will not be disappointed!

One L Salon is a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing establishment; with a great location and exceptional stylists. I have type 3C/4A naturally curly hair – I cannot trust just anyone with my hair. Michele does a GREAT job of cutting and coloring my hair, with no change to the integrity of my curls. Without having to go into great detail, Michele cut and shaped my curls into exactly the look I was going for. I am constantly getting compliments, and I LOVE MY HAIR! If you are at all on the fence, go in for a consultation – you won’t regret it!

If you want your hair styled this place is probably fine but if all you want is a simple trim to get rid of split ends do NOT go here. My hair is worse than when I walked in and I ended up styling and fixing it myself after. I don’t even have long hair so there isn’t anything to really style in the first place.
