So grateful to find Tanya at the Michael Alexander Salon in Anthem. She fixed a previous stylists “off day” and brought me back to myself! She is professional & meticulous. Critical: ProfessionalismHad a hair cut there about two months ago made an appointment two months in advance. While I was there I was judge on the hair products I use and told that’s why my hair is the way it is. Never have I been judge by that but i brushed it off and I made another appointment. Two days before my appointment they left a voice mail for me to change my appointment because the stylist wanted make a last minute trip to flagstaff. I was never given the option of the same day appointment with a different stylist that I originally made but rather to make an appointment for earlier day. Had a hair cut there about two months ago made an appointment two months in advance. While I was there I was judge on the hair products I use and told that’s why my hair is the way it is. Never have I been judge by that but i brushed it off and I made another appointment. She’s extremely talented and cares for my hair & salon experience better than any hair stylist I’ve ever been too. Overall 10/10 experience!Services: Hairstyling, Makeup services
