I’ve been here several times, each time is a great experience. Really busy salon so I suggest arriving early. I’ve been to 2 different nail techs and both were great. My nails lasted 4 weeks this go around, no lifting or breaks. I’ve had acrylic nails for years, this place is definitely one of the best salons in SA. Quality is amazing. Thank you Mesa!

EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL! Me and daughter went for full sets. I requested stiletto shape and what she did was HORRIBLE!! So I told the nail tech in the video. She immediately began talking in her language and before this she cut my nails without ASKING MY PERMISSION!! I asked if this was regular practice to cut MY NAILS before asking permission and she rudely stated YES I DO, did u want someone else to do them and I was lost with her response and attitude. And since she was upset about me asking about services I was gonna pay for her work reflected this to the fullest. We WILL NOT EVER BE BACK. Also witnessed manager attitude towards walk in customers as well. Since Covid businesses should be appreciative for people patronizing their establishments these days instead of being rude, ugly, etc…. It’s a NO for me u lost $75

Did not enjoy the experience. On my pedicure one toe looks round and the other one looks square.. I did brow waxing and the lady left a bunch of growing hair when I complained she said the wax can’t take those out.. you know, beauty is important.. if I’m paying to have my brows done I don’t want a bunch of baby hairs, tweezers can remove most baby hair..

Mesa Nails let’s see now this i’s one of my favorite places to go… I love the way they do nails that are really really friendly!!! they are accommodating they do nails manicures pedicures massages…. very vibrant area ..very happy area.. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is prejudiced, the sign reads NO CHILDREN but we walked in & I asked politely if they could do my daughters nails who is 7 & a child at that lol her answer was yes but when I asked for a rain bow DESIGN HER ANSWER WAS HOW ITS TO SHORT AFTER SHE ASKED TO SEE MY DAUGHTERS NAILS . & so I asked you can’t do simple lines in different colors she replied yes we can do that lol then asked us to go for a mask after she was already speaking to me face to face! That made no sense at all but I guess you can be judge mental when the virus comes from your own home town! Oops!
